Vivo T4 Pro 5G

Vivo T4 Pro 5G Launching on August 26 with Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, 50MP Camera & 6500mAh Battery Under ₹30,000

Vivo is gearing up to expand its sub-₹30,000 smartphone lineup in India with the launch of the much-anticipated Vivo T4 Pro on August 26. Positioned just below the premium Vivo V60, the upcoming handset is drawing attention for offering nearly the same hardware at a more affordable price point.

Design and Camera Setup

At first glance, the Vivo T4 Pro looks strikingly similar to the Vivo V60, especially with its sleek design and familiar rear camera module. However, there’s one key difference—the V60 benefits from Zeiss-branded optics, while the T4 Pro skips the premium branding.

The Vivo V60 features a quad camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens (Sony IMX882, 3x zoom), a 50MP wide-angle lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.

Meanwhile, the Vivo T4 Pro is expected to bring a 50MP Sony OIS primary lens, the same 50MP Sony IMX882 3x telephoto lens, and a 32MP front camera for selfies. While the sensors are similar, the lack of Zeiss tuning could mean a difference in image refinement compared to the V60.

Performance and Power

Both the Vivo T4 Pro and Vivo V60 will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, which ensures flagship-grade performance in day-to-day use and gaming.

Interestingly, Vivo has teased that the T4 Pro has crossed 1 million points on AnTuTu benchmarks, which shows the brand is not compromising on raw performance.

Although storage and RAM options for the T4 Pro aren’t confirmed yet, the Vivo V60 offers up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage—suggesting that the T4 Pro may follow suit with slightly toned-down configurations.

Battery and Charging

Battery life seems equally strong, with both devices expected to house a massive 6500mAh unit. This ensures all-day usage for heavy users, content streamers, and gamers alike.

The real difference comes down to pricing—the Vivo V60 starts at around ₹37,000, while the Vivo T4 Pro is expected to debut under ₹30,000, making it an attractive option for buyers seeking flagship-like specs without burning a hole in their pockets.

Final Verdict

The Vivo T4 Pro looks set to be one of the most competitive smartphones in the sub-₹30,000 segment, offering a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset, a 50MP telephoto lens, OIS support, and a massive 6500mAh battery. While it may lack Zeiss optics, the price difference could make it a value-for-money alternative to the Vivo V60.

With the official launch date just around the corner, the T4 Pro is shaping up to be a smartphone that could shake up the mid-premium market in India.
