Samsung S26 Ultra Leak Reveals

Samsung S26 Ultra Leak Reveals Shocking New Design

Samsung’s Next Ultra Flagship Could Be a Game-Changer

Every new Galaxy S Ultra has pushed the limits of premium smartphones — but the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra might be the biggest leap yet. According to fresh leaks, Samsung’s next non-foldable flagship will feature a slimmer, lighter design, new display technology, upgraded cameras, much faster charging, and a beastly new processor.

On X (formerly Twitter), tipster @UniverseIce revealed that the Galaxy S26 Ultra could be less than 7mm thick and weigh a few grams less than the S25 Ultra — making it one of the thinnest and lightest ultra-premium phones ever. Interestingly, it might be slightly taller and wider while keeping the same display size. Whether this means bigger bezels is unclear, but given Samsung’s history, that’s unlikely.

Sharper Display with New Anti-Reflective Tech

The leak suggests that Samsung will introduce “CoE depolarizer technology” alongside third-generation anti-reflective glass on the Galaxy S26 Ultra. While details on the CoE tech are scarce, the upgraded glass should reduce reflections dramatically, making the display look brighter and clearer even in strong light.

Big Camera Upgrades in Store

According to PhoneArt, the S26 Ultra will sport Samsung’s ISOCELL HP2 (2026) sensor with an ultra-large aperture for improved low-light performance. A brand-new 3x telephoto camera and a 5x periscope lens with a larger aperture are also expected, making it a powerhouse for zoom photography.

Charging Gets a Serious Speed Boost

Battery life has never been a weak spot for Samsung’s Ultra models, but charging speeds have lagged behind some rivals. That could change with the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s 60W fast charging — a big step up from the S25 Ultra’s 45W. The phone will pack a 5,000mAh battery, ensuring all-day use with rapid refills.

Under the hood, Samsung is reportedly testing both the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 and its own Exynos 2600 chip. The final choice may depend on market and performance testing.

Major Shake-Up to the Galaxy S26 Lineup

Since 2021, Samsung has launched three models in its Galaxy S flagship series — the base variant, a Plus, and the Ultra. The S25 series even saw the addition of a fourth “Edge” model. But leaks now suggest that the S26 lineup will drop the Plus entirely and replace the base model with a Galaxy S26 Pro.

An internal build of Android 16-based One UI 8.0 revealed three devices codenamed M1 (S26 Pro), M2 (S26 Edge), and M3 (S26 Ultra) — with no sign of a base S26 or S26+. This marks a significant naming and strategy shift for the series.

New Codenames and Software Details

Earlier Galaxy S lineups followed a clear codename pattern:

S24: Eureka — E1, E2, E3

S25: Paradigm — P1, P2, P3

S26 (rumored): New Paradigm — NP1, NP2, NP3

However, the latest leak points to a new codename starting with “M.” While its meaning is still a mystery, it confirms Samsung is moving in a new direction.

We also now know the S26 Ultra will debut with Android 16-based One UI 8.5 and a Qualcomm chipset in at least one variant — most likely the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2.

Bottom Line

If these leaks hold true, the Galaxy S26 Ultra won’t just be an incremental upgrade — it could redefine Samsung’s premium smartphone strategy. A thinner, lighter frame, cutting-edge display tech, camera overhauls, and faster charging all point to a flagship that will be hard to beat in 2026.
